Every now and then, we experience hardships, pains and tough times. Storms hit us from every angle and we take it to be the enemy at work. Every unpleasant situation is blamed on the enemy but what we have refused to understand is when Jesus went through all the shame and humiliation, the pains and the crucifixion on the cross, it wasn’t the devil at work but it was God at work to make a public show (disgrace) of the enemy (Can i preach to someone here?)
Sometimes, the pain we go through are not just ordinary pains but pains with a destination! Your pain has a purpose! Your affliction is not in vain; there is a blessing attached and i came to speak to your spirit man that “the anger of the LORD endureth but for a moment, in His favor is life, weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning” Psalm 30:5
We ought to understand that before a product is birthed, it goes through a process. The process can be tough and during such period, you may want to give up. Understand that behind every glory is a story. Before the testimony, there was a test, before a woman puts to birth, there must be a pregnancy (before the delivery, she must go through the various stages of pregnancy; first trimester which comes with morning sickness etc.) but if we persevere and push through, we will rejoice! Romans 8:18 “I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.”
Most of us are pregnant with blessings, ideas, businesses, ministries etc but we are ignorant of it and the only way God can draw our attention to the fact that we carry something precious is through affliction ; when a woman is pregnant, she can only realize it when the symptoms start manifesting. In our case the pains are the signs of the conception that has taken place within us. We ignore these symptoms because we do not know we are pregnant; You may want to go back to examine your life and analyze that untold, unforeseen problem you encountered or are encountering.
I am here to declare to you the oracle of the LORD; you are carrying a blessing which the world has not yet seen hence your pain. Your pain is not an ordinary pain, they are labor pains because the time is due for you to birth that miracle, its time for you to break forth on all fronts and in the process you will encounter pains! Don’t you see it? Can’t you feel the symptoms? He says in His word- Isaiah 43:19 “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Ayayaaya
Your pain is not related to your past, rather, its entirely about your future! -2 Corinthians 5:17 ‘Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! The pain is not over your loss but a precursor to your gain!
You may not look pregnant but you are pregnant; on the outside, people may take you for nothing, disregard you and write you off but i came with glad tidings for you; God sees beyond the obvious, He is well able to do beyond human understanding and i encourage you to pay attention to your pains because they are not regular pains but labor pains! you are carrying a great idea, ministry, business, invention etc. After the labor, after travailing, there shall be the sound of laughter. Come on now and push harder, don’t give up! Push in prayer, hold fast to God’s word, keep hope alive! Keep working hard, always give off your best! You are pregnant with greatness and this is your day, week, month, year of birthing! The pain is not ordinary, persevere! I see a bouncy miracle! Hallelujah!
